That's being stereotypical  besides, not all blonds are dumb! If you paid any atention to statistics you would know that worldwide stats show girls are more intelligent than boys! That's why secretaries and assistants are normally female, cos men have no head for details or organisation and a very limited concentration span as well as brain capacity!
